Main tasks:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across demand planning, production, and procurement to ensure supply chain synchronization
  • Contribute to projects enhancing on-time delivery (OTD) and improving order cycle efficiency through targeted process optimization
  • Support the implementation of data-driven forecasting models to optimize supply planning and balance inventory with service levels
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives using Lean principles such as Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, and safety stock strategies in close coordination with operational teams
  • Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging ERP systems (preferably SAP), forecasting tools, and supplier portals for improved visibility and responsiveness
  • Assist in applying Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping within project teams to reduce waste and lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • Identify and assess supply chain risks, including supplier delays, capacity constraints, and market disruptions; support the development of mitigation strategies

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or supplier management, ideally within manufacturing or the electronics sector
  • Skilled in evaluating supplier performance, supporting sourcing strategies, and assisting in supplier negotiations
  • Hands-on experience with S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization
  • Proficient in forecasting tools and supply chain analytics
  • Strong command of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Proven track record in supporting cross-functional supply chain projects and contributing to measurable improvements in a PMO or project coordination setting
  • Excellent collaboration skills across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and external supplier networks
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformational environment, ideally with private equity exposure
  • Background or certifications in Lean Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM/CSCP are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
