Main tasks:
- Develop processes within the intricate enterprise architecture across various team domains and modules.
- Make or facilitate decisions within your area of expertise.
- Assume leadership roles in projects or sub-projects.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex business process requirements and propose suitable system solutions: identify, interpret, validate, and document customer needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test topics related to Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP).
- Document functional designs, test cases, and outcomes.
- Identify and suggest enhancements to business processes and/or systems.
- Adapt, learn, and enhance the operational environment of different divisions.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business information systems, or business administration.
- Serveral years of professional experience as an in-house SAP QM/PP consultant or equivalent experience supporting sales and/or logistics departments.
- Proven expertise in SAP QM and PP.
- Proficiency in SAP procurement and familiarity with S4/HANA is advantageous.
- Organized, goal-oriented, resilient, and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, assertive, and team-oriented.
- Experience working in global teams within an international setting.
- Customer-focused and solution-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with analyzing and debugging ABAP code is beneficial.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps, Jaggaer (or any other SRM system), and system integrations (interfaces) is advantageous.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprints/releases.
- Ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Fluent business English is a prerequisite; proficiency in German
