Main tasks:

• Solution Design & System Ownership
  
  • Define and implement scalable R2R solutions in SAP, with a focus on enterprise structure, finance master data, and system integrations
    
  • Enhance and configure SAP Treasury functions (e.g. Loans Management)
    
  • Serve as process/system owner for SAP RE-FX to ensure IFRS 16 compliance
    
  • Lead the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA from a finance architecture perspective
    
  Process Optimization & Standardization
  
  • Harmonize global finance processes such as period-end close, intercompany, fixed asset, and financial reporting
    
  • Develop technical documentation: process flows, integration designs, and system specs
    
  • Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives
    
  Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  
  • Act as trusted advisor to Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
    
  • Facilitate solution workshops, gather business needs, and ensure alignment
    
  • Manage third-party vendors for implementation and ongoing support
    
  Compliance & Governance
  
  • Ensure systems comply with regulatory, audit, and IFRS requirements
    
  • Provide guidance on best practices within the R2R and SAP finance landscape

Your qualifications:

• Several years in finance IT solution architecture, with 5+ years in SAP R2R
• Strong SAP experience, especially in Treasury (Loans) and RE-FX
• Proven involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Good understanding of financial compliance, consolidation, and master data models
• Comfortable in a global matrix structure and capable of working independently
• Excellent communication in English (written/spoken); other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
