Main tasks:
- SAP Module Expertise: Provide technical guidance and collaborate with SAP specialists across multiple locations (e.g., Taiwan, USA).
- Project Leadership: Lead SAP projects focusing on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management), managing scope, risks, dependencies, and schedules.
- Fit/Gap Analysis: Conduct design workshops to educate business teams on standardized processes and SAP functionalities.
- Requirement Definition: Work with business stakeholders to define global and localized business requirements and use cases.
- Solution Design: Develop and document solution alternatives that align with business needs, global standards, and best practices.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, and process owners to implement solutions effectively.
- Customization & Configuration: Take full ownership of SAP SD and MM module configurations, including RICEFW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Development Oversight: Translate functional specifications into development requirements and support custom development.
- Testing & Validation: Define test cases, perform functional acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Scalability & Future-Proofing: Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and upgradable for future business demands.
- Innovation & Optimization: Collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance SAP capabilities and business processes.
Your qualifications:
- SAP Experience: Several years in SAP consulting, specializing in S&OP, supply chain, and logistics.
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales & distribution (SD) and procurement (MM) business processes.
- S/4HANA Expertise: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA SD (OTC) and MM (PTP) configuration and customization.
- Fiori & Workflow Development: Experience in building custom FIORI apps and implementing approval workflows.
- Communication Skills Fluency in English and German, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
