Main tasks:

• Coordination of S/4HANA conversion initiatives across the organization
• Integration of SaaS applications such as Veeva, SuccessFactors, and Kinaxis into the enterprise architecture
  
• Secure, stable, and future-proof operations of business-critical applications
• Collaboration with key stakeholders: enterprise architects, security experts, business partners, and application teams
  
• Management of internal teams and external service providers to ensure delivery excellence

Your qualifications:

• Masters degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  
• Several years of experience in SAP Basis, platform operations, or enterprise architecture
  
• Solid knowledge of S/4HANA conversion methodology, ITIL standards, security, and governance in regulated environments
  
• Strong communication skills in English and German
  
• Proven team leadership capabilities
  
• A proactive, analytical, and independent work style, combined with excellent self-organization and a strong sense of responsibility
