Main tasks:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement processes within SAP Ariba, focusing on Supplier Management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  
• Implement and maintain Ariba process workflows, ensuring a user-friendly experience and adherence to procurement compliance policies
  
• Design and develop integrated solutions within Ariba and S/4HANA systems
  
• Deliver training and support to internal teams on Ariba best practices
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ariba functionality and performance
  
• Coordinate and manage the collaboration with external implementation partners

Your qualifications:

• Solid experience with SAP Ariba modules
  
• In-depth understanding of procurement processes, including supplier lifecycle, purchase workflows, and invoice handling
  
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency
  
• Strong communication skills for effective internal user support
  
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail
  
• Familiarity with SAP technologies, including CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) and cloud integration tools
  
• Knowledge of reporting tools and Ariba authorization concepts is considered an advantage
