Main tasks:

  • Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert for SAP CRM solutions
  • Design and implement end-to-end integrations between SAP systems, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise platforms
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency across connected systems through integration via middleware, APIs, and web services
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof technical solutions, emphasizing system interoperability
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for SAP CRM and Salesforce.com landscapes
  • Lead and contribute to system migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives with minimal business disruption
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multi-system landscapes and complex interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and promote integration best practices, including governance and security compliance
  • Document technical architecture, configurations, and solution designs in a clear and maintainable format
  • Offer technical mentoring and guidance to junior professionals and key stakeholders

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Proven hands-on experience in: SAP CRM (customization, configuration, integration), SAP ERP / S/4HANA (Sales & Service processes) and Salesforce.com (core functionality and integration touchpoints)
  • Expertise in integration technologies and middleware platforms such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, REST/SOAP web services, and APIs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system architectures and modern integration frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze end-to-end data and process flows across connected systems
  • Experience driving or participating in large-scale transformation or migration projects
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with structured problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
  • Adept at working in dynamic environments, with a high level of adaptability to changing technologies and project needs
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Integration Architect, Application Architect)
  • Experience with cloud-based integrations and hybrid enterprise environments
  • Exposure to additional CRM or ERP platforms beyond SAP and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
