Main tasks:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FI/CO) initiatives, from requirements analysis through configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, and go-live
  
• Drive continuous improvement by translating business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP finance solutions
  
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and international counterparts to align processes and system capabilities
  
• Configure and enhance SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO components (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting)
  
• Provide expert-level support for SAP Finance applications, including analysis and resolution of complex issues
  
• Plan and facilitate workshops, user trainings, and prepare comprehensive documentation
  
• Contribute to global IT and finance forums focused on process optimization, best practices, and solution alignment
  
• Ensure adherence to internal standards, audit requirements, and financial compliance regulations
  
• Manage change requests, incidents, and ensure high data quality and master data integrity

Your qualifications:

• Academic background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO with deep understanding of financial processes and cross-module integrations
  
• Ability to design, optimize, and implement SAP finance solutions aligned with business needs
  
• Experience in creating functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training materials
  
• Solid understanding of SAP integration concepts and related technologies
  
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong problem-solving capabilities
  
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across business and technical teams
  
• SAP FI/CO certification is an advantage
  
• Project management knowledge or certifications are a plus
  
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are beneficial
