Main tasks:
- Process Ownership: Design, standardize, improve continuously, and govern logistics processes in collaboration with SAP and IT stakeholders
- Process Governance: Implement and maintain governance to ensure stability and scalability of distribution center, delivery management, and export activities
- Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications in cooperation with brands, subsidiaries, carriers, project managers, SAP analysts, operations teams, and external partners
- Testing & Validation: Define test scenarios, validate IT solutions, and ensure system readiness before User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- UAT Coordination: Plan and execute UAT activities while supporting the business team as needed
- Deployment Management: Oversee go-lives of new requirements, coordinate stakeholder alignment, and ensure structured handover to operations including documentation and training
- Operational Support: Support operations by solving issues, analyzing use cases, and identifying improvements
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials
Your qualifications:
- SAP Expertise: Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SD/MM and eWM modules as a key user
- Logistics Competence: Proven experience in logistics process design and improvements within distribution centers and transportation
- Bridge Role: Ability to connect business stakeholders with SAP analysts and solution architects
- Education & Experience: University degree or equivalent background with several years of professional experience in supply chain or warehouse management systems
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with well-developed conceptual thinking
- Organizational Strength: Excellent documentation, process design, and training development skills
- Collaboration: Team-oriented, socially skilled, and emotionally intelligent
- Leadership: Confident and professional when managing complex stakeholder dynamics and challenges
- Proactivity: Taking ownership of processes with accountability for business impact
