Main tasks:

  • Ensure the continuous performance, integrity, and enhancement of SAP Concur functionalities, aligning system capabilities with evolving business requirements
  • Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities across Travel & Expense processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Integrate SAP Concur with other systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting and compliance framework within SAP Concur, ensuring policy adherence and data reliability
  • Provide technical support for daily Travel & Expense operations, including advanced troubleshooting, configuration management, and resolving complex user inquiries
  • Lead or support technical projects related to Travel & Expense, such as system upgrades, credit card integrations, or region-specific initiatives
  • Manage and continuously improve the Travel & Expense ticketing system, maintaining high service quality and an up-to-date knowledge base
  • Drive system improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and compliance controls

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Concur Travel and Expense modules
  • Solid understanding of system integration, data management, and automation processes within SAP Concur and related platforms
  • Several years in a technical or system-focused role, ideally within an international environment and Travel & Expense or IT operations
  • In-depth knowledge of Travel & Expense processes, workflows, and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused, and self-driven approach to continuous improvement
