About the Role
As a Video Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing online advertisements and ensuring compliance with local legislation and platform guidelines. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and engaging experience for streaming service users.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team in a fast-paced environment, even if you have little to no prior experience.
Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate online advertisements inside the streaming platform.

Identify and remove inappropriate content based on project policies.

Ensure ads are suitable for the target audience (e.g., remove soda ads under age 12 per regulations).

Escalate policy violations and contribute to process improvements.

Collaborate with the operations and content safety teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements

Languages: Native/Fluent German (mandatory) + good English.

No prior experience required (up to 12 months in Content Moderation considered).

Strong attention to detail and ability to make fast, sound decisions.

Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Conditions & Benefits

Annual Base Salary: Up to 16,800 Euros per year (depending on experience).

Monthly Language Bonus: 235.

Meal Allowance: 7.63/day (net, meal card).

Transportation Bonus: 720/year.

Annual Target Bonus: 5% of gross base salary.
