Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales and upselling strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Native or C1+ in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
What's Offered
- Salary: €23,400 gross/year
- Bonus: Up to €7,200 gross/year
- Private medical insurance
- Full-time (39h/week, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00)
- Hybrid working model in Malaga
