Are you a Lithuanian native living in Portugal? We have an exciting Remote opportunity to join the Volkswagen customer support team!

The Highlights:

• Start Date: 9 April 2026.
• Work Style: 100% Remote (Must be based in Portugal).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Weekends are yours!
• Brand: Represent one of the world's leading automotive giants.

The Package:

• Monthly Salary: €920 gross (paid 14 times per year). +  €45x11 bonus
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (Approx. €167/month net).
• Health Insurance: Covered from Day 1 (small contribution for the first 6 months, then completely FREE).

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent Lithuanian + B2 English.
• Ideally 1 year of experience in customer service or a passion for the automotive world.
• Currently residing in Portugal (Braga or any other city).
• Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role.
