About the Role:
Join the team as an Account Executive, managing the full sales cycle for the Polish market — from initial contact through to closing subscriptions. This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on outbound prospecting, and is ready to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close
- Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription
- Handle auto-assigned leads efficiently
- Achieve daily call volumes of approximately 80-100 calls
- Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
What You Bring:
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Polish
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in English
- Mandatory residence in Spain (no relocation support provided)
- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)
- Comfortable with strong cold-calling volumes
- Strong KPI and metrics orientation
- Availability aligned with US time zones
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00; Friday, 9:00-15:00 — flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: €30,000 gross/year, plus uncapped variable commission
- Monthly commission target: €600, with performance multipliers:
– Below 80% of target: x1
– 80% of target: x1.3
– 100% of target: x2
– 150% of target: x3 - Quarterly bonus: if your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter's commissions are boosted with a 3x multiplier (assessed end of March, June, September, and December)
- During ramp-up, the multiplier is fixed at x1 until you reach 100% of target — ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
- Clear internal growth path: AE2 level at €35,000 base, AE3 level at €40,000 base

- 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between Dec 24-31

Work Setup:
Hybrid model — 50% remote available once you consistently reach at least 70% of your target. The first 4 weeks are fully on-site in Madrid for onboarding and training; afterward, on-site presence is required roughly once a month, with travel and related expenses covered by the company.
