This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic partner for businesses, helping them master their digital advertising performance.

The Role: Optimization & Strategy

• Expert Guidance: You will implement optimization strategies for high-value customers, focusing on Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Technical Mastery: Develop expertise across Googles products, including Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube.
• Data-Driven Results: Create keyword packs, bid suggestions, and budget optimizations based on deep data analysis.
• Performance Focused: Analyze trends and report on KPIs to drive continuous growth for your clients.

The Package: High Earnings & Full Support

• Total Monthly Average: Approximately €2,356 gross (including all bonuses).
• Base & Language: €23,000 gross annual base + €3,240 annual Dutch language bonus.
• Daily Support: €7.63 net per working day in meal allowance and a €720 annual transportation bonus.
• Bonuses: A yearly target bonus (5% of base) and comprehensive Health/Life Insurance for you and your family.

Relocation & Work-Life Balance

• Quick Start Bonus: If you are relocating from outside Portugal, youll receive a €2,000 relocation bonus with your first payroll.
• Housing Assistance: We provide bureaucratic support (NIF/NISS) and help you find a home in Lisbon.
• Schedule: Enjoy your weekends! Work is Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM in a hybrid setup.

What We Need From You

• Fluency in Dutch and professional English skills.
• At least 12 months of experience in ad optimization (Google, Facebook, or TikTok Ads).
• Immediate Availability: You must be ready to start your journey in Lisbon on March 16th.
