With a strong global presence and teams supporting international digital platforms, our client delivers operational and compliance services across multiple markets. The Legal Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that online content and legal requests are handled accurately, consistently and in line with established legal frameworks.
We are currently looking for a Video Content Analyst to join a project supporting a video streaming platform in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and analyse content published on an online platform, primarily textual reviews, as well as other formats such as images or websites
- Apply client-provided legal guidelines and internal policies when reviewing content and requests
- Process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification
- Evaluate the validity and eligibility of each request for further processing
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, turnaround times and internal procedures
- Stay up to date with policies, guidelines and operational updates
What will make you successful in the role:
- German language proficiency at B2 level or above
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, concepts and guidelines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- EU passport or valid residence card
What you can expect:
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Project: Video Streaming Platform
- Start date: 5 January
Compensation & benefits:
- Yearly gross salary: 15,260
- Yearly language bonus: 3,240
- Yearly target bonus: 5% of the annual gross salary
- Transportation bonus: 720 per year
- Daily meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card)
- Relocation support included (bonus available for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon or Portugal)
Contract details:
- 1-month training contract
- 1-year renewable contract
- 30 days probation period
