Dutch-Speaking Sales & Marketing Agent (On-Site | Berlin)

We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join an international team in Berlin (on-site), supporting advertisers with their social media marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers

• Provide expert guidance on social media marketing and campaign optimization

• Analyze advertising performance and identify growth opportunities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with advertisers regarding campaigns and budgets

• Support clients in implementing effective sales funnel strategies

• Identify trends and potential risks early and recommend improvements

• Contribute to campaign success through consultative selling

Key KPIs include:

• Successful client calls (avg. 24 minutes)

• Campaign implementation performance

• Pitch rate and conversion metrics

• Attendance and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a strong plus)

• Dutch C1 level and English B2 level minimum

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

• Must be already based in Berlin

Work authorization requirements:

• EU Citizenship, or

• Valid German work authorization (Fiktionsbescheinigung / Aufenthaltstitel / Niederlassungserlaubnis with work permission)

Working Hours

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Monday–Friday between 08:45 – 17:15

• 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

Salary & Benefits

• €33,000 gross annual salary (€2,750/month)

• Performance bonus up to €7,500 annually
