Schedule: Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
    Days Off: 2 rotational days
    Contract: Full-time

About the Role

Join an international technical support team in Lisbon, assisting Danish-speaking customers with product and service-related inquiries. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to Danish-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users step-by-step
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution quality
  • Document cases accurately in internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Native / C2 Danish + good English level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in technical support / troubleshooting
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
  • Previous experience is a plus
