We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Lisbon. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday – 24/7)
Employment Type: Full-time
Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic communication
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer cases efficiently
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1 or higher)
Good command of English (B2–C1)
Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
