We are looking for French speakers to join our customer support team in Porto, representing Monoprix—one of France's most well-known retail brands. If you are already based in Portugal or planning to move independently, this is a great chance to work in a multicultural environment with a stable corporate structure.

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Financial Package & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,019 / month (Paid 14 times per year)
  • Performance Bonus: Guaranteed €100 / month for your first 6 months
  • Attendance Bonus: €25 / month
  • Meal Allowance: Around €126 / month (paid in cash)

Daily Tasks

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (in French)
  • Assisting with orders, delivery tracking, returns, payments, and account issues
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful tone to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Updating client information and interaction details in our internal systems
  • Meeting basic team quality and efficiency standards

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
  • Good working knowledge of English (B2) for internal training and communication
  • Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using multi-screen systems and digital tools
  • Open to working in rotational shifts

Critical Requirements

  • Work Authorization: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory.
  • Relocation: Please keep in mind that we do not offer a relocation package for this role. You need to be living in Porto or able to manage your own relocation.
