We are hiring Technical Customer Service Advisors for multiple language projects!

Open Positions

  • Danish + English (Start: 28 May)
  • Dutch + English (Start: 7 May)
  • German + English (Start: 7 May)

Role Overview

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Support customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Provide solutions via phone, email, or chat
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work in a dynamic and international team

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Danish, Dutch, or German + good English
  • Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Working Schedule

Danish Role:

  • Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00
  • Weekends off

Dutch & German Roles:

  • Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
  • 2 rotational days off

Salary & Benefits

Danish:

  • €1500 gross x14 months
    • €120 bonus x11 months

Dutch & German:

  • €1100 gross x14 months
    • €135 bonus
    • €120 bonus x11 months
