Role Overview

• Support customers via phone, email & chat
• Handle inquiries and provide effective solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work in a friendly and international environment

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Weekends off

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Danish + English B2
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working remotely

Important to Know

• You must already be based in Portugal
• No relocation support provided
• Initial contract: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• €1500 gross x14 months
• €80 bonus x11 months
