Role Overview

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will support customers with technical issues related to TV and audiovisual products, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot TV and audiovisual device issues
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

• Native or C1+ level in Danish
• Good level of English
• Interest in technology and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus

What's Offered

• Salary: €21,400 gross/year
• Bonus: Up to €1,800 gross/year
• Full-time (39h/week, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00)
• On-site in Malaga
