We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies the unicorns of tomorrow while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.
What Youll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.

Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.

Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.

Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.

Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.
What Were Looking For
Requirements

Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).

Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English.

Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with strong client-facing experience.

Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.

Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
