Your Day-to-Day
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Provide clear and solution-focused support across channels
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Role Details
Start Date: 9 April 2026
Location: On-site in Braga (Permanent Contract + 3-month trial period)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €930 gross (14 salaries/year)
Language Bonus: €155/month (12 salaries/year)
Average Monthly Gross: ~€1,240 + additional benefits
Working Schedule
Monday–Saturday (rotational shifts)
Shift window: 07:00–19:00 (Saturday: 08:00–15:00)
Days off: Every Sunday + 1 rotational weekday
