What you'll do:

• Review and process incoming legal requests (e.g. privacy claims, fraud, falsification, defamation)

• Ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines

• Work with accuracy and within agreed turnaround times

• Back-office role no customer calls, no sensitive content

What were looking for:

German level B2+ (C1-C2 preferred) with good English skills

Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

No previous experience required full training provided

Willing to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal
