We are looking for straightforward, empathetic Danish speakers to join the frontline of global travel. Starting June 1st, you'll join our hybrid team right here in Barcelona.
What your day-to-day actually looks like: This is a Customer Support role where you are the go-to person for our Danish-speaking travelers and partners:
- Direct Support: You'll handle incoming calls and emails from travelers who need help with their bookings or hotel owners with technical questions.
- Problem Solving: Whether it's a refund request, a change in travel dates, or a misunderstanding at check-in, you'll step in to fix it.
- Mediation: You act as the essential link between the guest and the accommodation, ensuring everyone stays happy and informed.
