Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Days Off: 2 rotational days
Contract: Full-time

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What We're Looking For

• C1+ Dutch + C1 English
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 salaries
• Monthly Bonus: €150 (paid 11 months)
