We are looking for tech-savvy, communicative Dutch speakers based in Berlin to act as strategic partners for advertisers. This isn't just a support role—its an opportunity to become a certified expert in the social media marketing ecosystem.

Your Role: Strategy & Consultancy

• Digital Advisor: Act as a consultant for advertisers, providing expert guidance on social media marketing.

• Analytics Expert: Evaluate advertisement analytics to optimize campaign performance.

• Sales Funnel Strategist: Help customers implement successful sales funnel strategies through inbound and outbound engagement.

• Trend Spotter: Detect market trends early and apply creative ideas to powerful advertising campaigns.

Salary & Benefits Package

• Annual Salary: €33,000 gross base salary (€2,750 gross per month).

• Dutch Language Bonus: Additional €300 monthly bonus specifically for your Dutch skills.

• Performance Rewards: Up to €7,500 annual bonus based on your KPIs.

• Attendance Bonus: €40 net Edenred voucher for every month with 100% attendance.

• Meta Blueprint Certification: We fully fund and provide the training for your Meta Blueprint Certification during your onboarding.

• Work-Life Balance: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM – 05:15 PM.

Requirements

• Dutch speaker with professional English skills.

• Based in Berlin 

• Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and customer success.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)
