Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with an international team

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off
• Night shifts (22:00–07:00) may occur occasionally

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Dutch + English C1
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment (24/7)
• Open to feedback and team collaboration
