We are looking for Dutch speakers to join our customer support team in Athens, representing Booking.com—one of the world's leading travel platforms. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)
Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (Operating hours: 08:00 – 00:00)
Financial Package & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,500 gross / month
- Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one

Daily Tasks
- Providing customer support to Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat (in Dutch)
- Assisting with reservations, cancellations, payments, and booking modifications
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Logging interaction details accurately in the internal CRM systems
- Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
Profile We Are Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team
Important Note
- Onboarding: Selected candidates must arrive in Athens at least 7 days prior to the start date to finalize necessary administrative and onboarding procedures.
