Dutch-speaking Junior O2C / Finance Specialist (Porto, Portugal | On-Site)

We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join a supportive and collaborative finance team in Porto, Portugal.

This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who wants hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) while developing both technical and stakeholder management skills.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes

• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and balances

• Assist with reconciliations and dispute resolution

• Maintain accurate records within ERP systems

• Collaborate with internal teams across finance operations

• Help ensure smooth and timely financial processes

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 6 months experience in AR / O2C / Finance (more is welcome but not required)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Good Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

• ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus)

• Dutch (C1+) and English (C1)

• Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 09:00 – 18:00

• Weekends off

Compensation & Benefits

• €1,300 gross x14 months

• €300 performance bonus x11 months
  Total potential annual gross: €21,500
