Customer Support – Consumer Credit Platform (French Market)

The Role:

• Provide high-quality support for a leading Consumer Credit Platform.
• Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Start Date: 9 April 2026.
• Location: On-site in Braga (Permanent Contract with 3-month trial).

The Package:

• Base Salary: €930 gross (paid 14 times per year).
• Language Bonus: €155 per month (paid 12 times per year).
• Total Monthly Average: ~€1,240 gross + benefits.

Schedule:

• Work Days: Monday – Saturday (Rotational shifts).
• Shifts: Between 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Saturday: 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM).
• Days Off: Every Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week.

Requirements:

• C2 French + B2 English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Already living in or ready to move to Braga (On-site role).
