Multilingual Customer Service & Sales Opportunities in Europe

We are currently hiring Danish, Dutch, and German speakers for exciting Customer Service and Sales roles across Europe — including Barcelona, Athens, and Portugal.

Role Overview

As part of an international team, you will support customers or business clients via phone, email, and chat while delivering a high level of service or driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests
• Provide solutions in a professional and timely manner
• Handle inbound/outbound communication
• Identify upselling or business opportunities (for sales roles)
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish, Dutch, or German (C1–C2)
• Good level of English (B2+)
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• EU passport or valid work permit (for most roles)

Working Schedule

• Full-time roles (typically 39–40 hours/week)
• Rotational or fixed shifts depending on the project
