The Role

As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and community standards.
You will handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.

Work Model & Schedule

Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
Shift Patterns:
 – 07:00 – 16:00
 – 14:00 – 23:00
 – 22:30 – 07:30
Days Off: 2 rotational days

Requirements

Native or fluent Polish + good English
Strong moderation and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good understanding of e-commerce environments
Ability to manage high queue volumes during peak periods
Strong attention to detail, resilience, and empathy
