What You'll Do

• Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Native / C2 Danish + good English level
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Base Salary: €1,500 gross x14 salaries
• Monthly Bonus: €150 (attendance-based, paid 11 months)
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
