Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Provide high-quality customer support with a technical focus
- Assist users with platform-related inquiries and troubleshooting
- Deliver solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels
- Work in a fast-paced environment with varying contact volumes
- Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders
Work Model & Conditions
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational)
- Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
- Performance Bonus: Additional bonus structure
- Relocation Support: Full assistance provided
Relocation Package
We support candidates relocating from abroad with:
- Accommodation support upon arrival
- Guidance throughout the relocation process
- Support with settling in Portugal
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1 level or above)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
