Who We're Looking For

We invite interested persons whose professional experience and qualifications align with the following criteria to submit your resume/CV:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior, supervisory or advisory capacity
  • Proven track record in areas such as strategic HR planning, organizational design, change management, employee relations, talent management and leadership development
  • Strong knowledge of Jamaican labour legislation and HR compliance standards
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) preferred
  • Ability to work strategically while balancing operational demands
  • Demonstrated leadership, business partnership skills, and sound judgement
  • Previous experience in multi-sector HR environments is an advantage
