FIDELITYHCM REFERRAL PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Referral Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the FidelityHCM Referral Program (“Program”), through which eligible individuals (“Referrers”) may refer candidates for employment opportunities with Fidelity Human Capital Management Ltd. (“FidelityHCM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and receive a referral reward if the candidate is successfully hired.
1. Eligibility to Participate
1.1. The Program is open to:
- Employees of FidelityHCM (unless otherwise restricted by internal policies).
- External partners, clients, or members of the public, where explicitly invited.
1.2. Recruiters, hiring managers, or individuals directly involved in the hiring decision for a referred candidate are not eligible for rewards.
1.3. To be eligible, referrers must be at least 18 years of age and legally resident in a country where such programs are permitted.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. To participate, Referrers must submit referrals using the official FidelityHCM referral form or via the designated referral email or portal.
2.2. A valid referral includes the referred candidate’s full name, contact details, and resume or professional profile.
2.3. A referral must be submitted before the referred candidate applies independently or is contacted by FidelityHCM.
3. Reward Criteria
3.1. The referral reward will be granted only if:
- The referred candidate is hired by FidelityHCM or one of its client companies within 6 months of the referral date.
- The referred candidate completes a minimum period of employment (e.g., 90 days or as specified in the job posting).
3.2. The reward amount will vary depending on the role level and will be communicated prior to submission or stated on the referral promotion.
3.3. Rewards may be monetary (e.g., cash, vouchers) or non-monetary (e.g., gift cards, experiences), subject to applicable tax laws and reporting.
4. Valid Referrals
4.1. A referral is considered valid if:
- The candidate is not already in FidelityHCM’s recruitment database.
- The candidate has not applied for any position with FidelityHCM in the past 6 months.
- The referral information is complete, accurate, and submitted through the correct channel.
4.2. Only one referrer is eligible per referred candidate. If multiple individuals refer the same candidate, the earliest valid referral will be considered.
5. Exclusions
Referrers will not be eligible for a reward if:
- The referred candidate is a former employee of FidelityHCM reapplying within 12 months.
- The candidate was referred previously by another source.
- The referrer or candidate provides misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that they have obtained the referred individual’s consent to share their personal data with FidelityHCM.
6.2. All data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR where applicable.
7. Payment of Rewards
7.1. Rewards will be processed within [30/60] days of the referred candidate completing the qualifying employment period.
7.2. FidelityHCM reserves the right to issue rewards via cheque, direct deposit, or digital voucher, depending on local laws and practical considerations.
7.3. Any tax liability arising from the reward is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
8. Modification or Termination
8.1. FidelityHCM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any referrals submitted before such changes will be honored under the Terms in effect at the time of submission.
9. Fraudulent Activity
9.1. Any abuse or misuse of the Program, including false referrals or manipulation, may result in disqualification and/or legal action.
9.2. FidelityHCM reserves the right to audit referral claims and withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance.
10. Governing Law
