JOB SUMMARY
The SCM Warehouse Manager Hospitality is responsible for overseeing multiple warehouse locations handling construction materials. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, forklift operation capability, and strong expertise in inventory monitoring, documentation, and team supervision. Based at the Head Office in Alabang, the position includes regular site visits to audit inventory, ensure proper storage and handling, and maintain operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Day-to-Day Warehouse Operations Across All Locations

Manage and supervise the daily operations of multiple warehouse locations.

Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all locations.

Coordinate regularly with warehouse staff to resolve operational issues, address concerns, and improve workflow efficiency.

Monitor Incoming Deliveries and Verify Supplier Shipments

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials from suppliers.

Cross-check delivery documents against purchase orders to ensure correct quantity and specifications.

Identify and report shortages, overages, or damage, and coordinate with suppliers or procurement for resolution.

Maintain and submit a weekly incoming material report summarizing all deliveries per location.

Coordinate and Track Outgoing Owner-Supplied Materials (OSM)

Manage and monitor the release of materials to each construction site based on approved requests.

Verify and document material releases to ensure accuracy and traceability.

Coordinate with project and construction teams for timely and accurate material availability for installation.

Prepare and submit a weekly OSM release report detailing issued materials and remaining balances per location.

Conduct Site Visits and Perform Audit Checks

Visit project sites and warehouse locations to audit inventory records versus actual stock.

Check proper material stacking, storage, labeling, segregation, and handling.

Prepare and escalate audit findings, ensuring prompt implementation of corrective actions.

Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Documentation

Keep up-to-date inventory records using manual logs or inventory systems.
-
Reconcile physical counts with system records for accuracy.
-
Monitor slow-moving, critical, and high-value items; flag shortages or overstock situations.

Maintain organized archives of delivery receipts, release forms, and stock cards.

Warehouse Organization, Cleanliness, and Safety

Maintain clean, organized warehouses compliant with safety and operational standards.

Implement proper stacking, labeling, and zoning by item type and usage frequency.

Conduct safety inspections and enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.

Forklift Operation and Material Handling

Personally operate a forklift when required or oversee operation by trained staff.

Safely load, unload, and transfer materials within warehouses.
-
Maintain forklift use logs and conduct basic maintenance checks.

Team Leadership, Reporting, and Communication

Lead and supervise warehouse personnel across all locations.

Train staff on warehouse best practices, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
-
Promote discipline, teamwork, and accountability among staff.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineers, and contractors to align operations with project timelines.

Prepare and submit weekly reports covering incoming/outgoing materials, inventory status, site audit findings, and key issues with corrective actions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business or Technical courses.

Minimum 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in construction or engineering.

Forklift operation experience or certification.
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong knowledge of construction materials, logistics, and warehouse systems.
-
Excellent inventory monitoring, documentation, and leadership skills.
-
Willingness to travel to warehouse locations nationwide for inspections and audits.
