Enterprise Performance Excellence Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Leads more complex analyses, documentation improvements, and smaller CI initiatives. Provides insights and supports transformation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analytics and KPI trend studies.

• Lead small-scale CI & Kaizen initiatives

• Maintain enterprise process repository quality

.• Guide junior analysts in RCA and documentation.

• Provide insights for scorecards and reviews

• Support automation assessments.

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, formulas).• Power BI intermediate skills.• Visio/Lucidchart expert mapping.• Lean Six Sigma tools (FMEA, Pareto, SIPOC).• Basic SQL (optional but preferred).• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

• Bachelor’s degree.• Yellow Belt required; Green Belt preferred.• 2–4 years experience.
