Job Summary

The Customer Fulfilment Turnover Associate is in charge of the physical turnover of qualified units to buyers. He conducts inspection, punch listing (if any), monitoring including coordination on the completion of repair to project groups. He is responsible to ensure the readiness and the timely turnover of qualified units identified as ready for turnover.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

A.       Customer Relations

1.       Efficient monitoring of qualified accounts.                 

2.       Discuss, coordinates with concerned Project Group any impediments for turnover

3.       Efficient monitoring of completed units for turnover

4.       Final inspection and ensures readiness of units prior to Turnover         

5.       Responsible for the Turnover of qualified units identified as ready for turnover to clients

6.       Effective communication to external clients as well as the internal clients and team members

 

B. Account Monitoring

1.       Keeps track of the current status of units.   

2.       Handles clients concerns relative to units for turn-over/turned over units          

3.       Evaluates client's request and recommends solution & implementation             

 

C. System Update                                                                       

        1.  Preparation of report re status of units as follows:       

·       Schedule for Turnover      

·       Turned Over/Accepted units          

·       Re-scheduled/No Show/Deemed Accepted Units      

·       Units for Repair/Ongoing Repair    

·       Units for Inspection/Inspected

 

D. Others                                                

1.       Discuss various client’s concerns/requests thru a coordination meeting with concerned group, as needed.             

2.       Initiate meetings with clients regarding technical queries/concerns relative to purchased units.    

3.     Attends to other task that maybe assigned from time to time 

 

Technical Competencies and Skills

With knowledge on Microsoft Office, Knowledge in Real Estate industry, Time Management skills, Interpersonal relationship skills, Scheduling and Monitoring skills

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Graduate of any 4-year course, Civil Engineering Graduate is highly welcome, With at least 6months to 1year experience on inspection and turnover of units or the same
