Job Summary

The Head of IT Infrastructure, Service Desk & Asset Management leads the Group’s IT infrastructure, service desk, end-user support, and IT asset management functions, providing strategic direction, governance, and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, resilient, scalable, cost-effective, and customer-centric technology services across the conglomerate. The role ensures that IT services are aligned with business priorities, support operational continuity, and enable the organization’s digital transformation and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.        IT Infrastructure & Resilience
Lead the Group-wide strategy, operations, and modernization of network, servers, systems, data centers, cloud, and infrastructure to ensure secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available technology services.

 

2.        IT Service Management & Customer Experience
Govern IT Service Desk, end-user support, and ITSM practices to deliver consistent, responsive, and customer-centric services across all business units, with clear SLAs, KPIs, and continual improvement.

3.        IT Asset & Technology Lifecycle Management
Establish Group-wide governance for IT assets, technology standards, lifecycle, procurement, utilization, licensing, and retirement to optimize investments, compliance, and total cost of ownership.

4.        Technology Governance, Risk & Transformation
Drive technology governance, operational risk management, business continuity, and infrastructure transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, and emerging technologies, in alignment with Group strategy.

Strategic Leadership & Shared Services
Lead the IT Infrastructure and Shared Technology Services organization, managing people, budget, vendors, and stakeholder relationships while delivering scalable, cost-effective services that support business growth and operational excellence.
