ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of core HR operations while serving as a trusted HR partner to business leaders.
This role combines hands‑on HR operations expertise (Compensation & Benefits, Timekeeping, HR Services, HR Data) with HR Business Partnering, providing people advisory support aligned with operational and business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations including:
    • Compensation & benefits administration
    • Timekeeping and leave management
    • Employee movements, onboarding, and exits
    • HR records and data management
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data and 201 files.
  • Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance providers, government agencies).
  • Prepare and submit required government and statutory reports.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR services and benefits.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, and people matters.
  • Provide HR guidance that supports business objectives while ensuring policy and labor law compliance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and stay interviews.
  • Translate HR data and insights into practical recommendations for leaders.

Leadership & Improvement

  • Lead and guide HR team members within HR operations or shared services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
  • Prepare HR reports and summaries for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of overall HR experience, with strong exposure to:
    • HR Operations / HR Shared Services
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Timekeeping and HR systems
  • At least 2 years people management experience.
  • HR Business Partner experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or service‑driven organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with a balance of operational discipline and business mindset.
