Job Summary:
A data and digital campaign analyst monitors online marketing trends, analyzes statistics, and tracks campaign performance. He/She gathers data, consolidates and interprets campaign results, creates data visualizations, and presents insights and attributions in a way that assists colleagues, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
Duties and Responsibility:
Data Analyst
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Develop and maintain databases, and data systems reorganizing data in an easily comprehensible format
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Conduct final analysis reports for the strategic marketing team, sales department and territory marketing to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Design, develop and manage ongoing and adhoc digital/social/brand KPI reports and dashboards for presentation and analysis
- Perform monthly data validation across all data sources and implement custom event tracking tags via Google Tag Manager
- Work with 3rd party solution providers to implement new tools, updates and/or fixes and provide ongoing technical support/training as needed
- Design and implement the process, people and technology infrastructure needed to enable up-to-the-minute digital IT data services that support the growth strategy of the company
Campaign Analyst
- Conduct research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
- Design and implement market and consumer surveys.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data.
- Analyze complex sets of digital/social/brand data
- Monitor and manage customer bases and identify new ones.
- Forecast future market, consumer, and sales trends.
- Improve communication tools for customers, understand competitors, and work with suppliers.
- Monitor the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software.
- Support marketing campaign improvements through the creation of segmented and modelled data and support of campaign teams in selection creation
- Support marketing campaign improvements through the delivery of campaign evaluation and campaign reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support digital initiatives and campaign-related BAU activities.
- Serve as the data custodian for FLIs digital series.
- Monitor performance metrics, analytics, and digital trends.
- Compile, organize, and maintain accurate datasets for various teams.
- Coordinate regularly with the Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment teams.
Tools & Systems:
- Excel (required)
- Power BI (advantage)
- Python (advantage)
Work Setup:
- May require weekend work for major events.
- Primarily office-based.
Reporting:
- Daily trend reports
- Weekly and monthly reports as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Python is an advantage.
- Background in real estate, digital marketing, social media marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
- High level of integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing and Business
