Job Summary

The Amusement Center Officer is responsible for the overall management, marketing, and operations of the Amusement Centers to achieve revenue targets. This includes initiating and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing agency personnel. The role also involves interdepartmental coordination and business development through sponsorships, events, and partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. OPERATIONS
a. Internal Coordination - Monitors and oversees the daily operations of Amusement Centers, ensuring all ride safety procedures and operational standards are met; coordinates with internal maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly; ensures agency personnel, such as cashiers, ride porters, security, and housekeeping, perform their duties efficiently.
b. External Coordination - Serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to parties, group tours, and events; manages relationships with tenants and suppliers for operational concerns, promos, or technical requirements; provides oversight for events and ensures smooth execution from ingress to egress.
c. Customer Relations - Handles escalated customer complaints and implements solutions to enhance customer satisfaction; acts as a guest relations representative to maintain a positive brand image

2. GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
a. Prepares and analyzes daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (ride tickets, events, group tours, etc.) to track progress against revenue targets.
b. Initiates and conducts training programs to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
c. Ensures proper inventory management for operational, party, and housekeeping materials.
d. Develops and implements manpower schedules to optimize efficiency.
e. Recommends and executes courses of action as needed to resolve administrative or operational issues.

3. MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
a. Sales Generation - Achieves 100% of monthly sales targets for ride tickets, promos, and group tours; identifies new revenue streams through corporate sponsorships, group tours, and event bookings.
b. Marketing Strategies - Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with the mall marketing team; organizes large-scale events, workshops, and sales-generating activities within and outside the mall premises; conducts marketing research and competitive analysis to enhance brand positioning.
c. Partnerships and Sponsorships - Secures sponsorships and third-party tie-ups to support marketing and operational goals; builds relationships with schools, organizations, and communities to promote group tours and events

Technical Competencies and Skills

Strong leadership, motivational, decision-making skill, Sales and marketing experience, event management, *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to handle pressure, can adapt to shifting schedules, can work during weekends and holidays, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, *Creative, flexible, resourcefu, with strong organizational skills
