Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the office while managing travel arrangements, ticketing, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees or clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules, bookings, and office operations efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  2. At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, travel coordination, or ticketing.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and organize documents, records, and office files.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Travel & Ticketing Coordination

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees or clients.
  • Book flights, hotels, transportation, and related travel requirements.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely delivery of tickets and confirmations.
  • Coordinate visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel documents.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and rebooking when necessary.
  • Source best travel rates while following company travel policies.
