Job Summary

The HWB Associate supports the Health & Well-being (HWB) Supervisor and Manager in implementing health, wellness, and compliance programs across Filinvest companies. The role covers operational support for HMO transactions, wellness programs, vaccination, medical coordination, and health reporting to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of employee well-being services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Health & Medical Services
Coordinate doctor consultations and ensure proper documentation.
Track and follow up on medical certificates (MC) and fit-to-work (FTW) submissions.
Support BU visits for on-site consultations and wellness services.
Provide emergency first aid and coordinate transport to clinic/hospital as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
HMO & ECU Coordination
Facilitate issuance of LOAs, reimbursement processing, and HMO availments.
Coordinate with employees, HR BUs, and HMO provider for smooth transactions.
Support Executive Check-Up (ECU) scheduling and monitoring.
Track Medicard facility status (on-hold/suspended) and update employees accordingly.
Wellness & Mental Health Programs
Assist in planning and implementation of wellness programs and mental health initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, registration, and communication for webinars or onsite activities.
Prepare post-activity reports and maintain a wellness tracker.
Collaborate with Red Cross and other external providers for emergency training and blood donation drives.
Preventive Health & Compliance
Coordinate Annual Physical Exam (APE) and Vaccination programs, including vendor liaison and scheduling.
Ensure DOLE and CHO compliance, including Annual Medical Reports (AMR).
Support lactation station compliance and documentation.
Monitor and renew clinic/hospital accreditation.
Reports & Tracker
Maintain trackers for LOA, wellness activities, MedCert/FTW, and health concerns.
Generate HR ES Dashboard and biweekly task reports.
Ensure daily tracker updates and accuracy for data privacy compliance.
Consolidate post-visit and post-activity reports.
Health Communication
Create and release health bulletins aligned with national health observances.
Coordinate review, formatting, and posting through official channels.
Support HWB campaigns and awareness initiatives.

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Basic knowledge of company health programs and benefits, • Familiarity with first aid and clinic operations, • Attention to detail and customer service orientation, • Teamwork and ability to follow instructions, • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
