Project Lead (North Luzon)

1. Oversight of 3rd-Party Project Management Team
   1. Act as the company's representative in supervising the performance of the 3rd-party project management team (PMT).
   2. Ensure the PMT executes project activities in accordance with company objectives, contract terms, and technical requirements.
   3. Review and validate the PMTs project plans, schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
   4. Evaluate PMT compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
2. Project Coordination & Reporting
   1. Coordinate internally with the company's engineering, operations, and finance teams to align project milestones with investment and operations timelines.
   2. Attend coordination meetings with the PMT, contractors, consultants, and clients to track project progress and resolve issues.
   3. Monitor key project deliverables, milestones, and critical paths, and report deviations or risks to the Project Manager.
   4. Prepare summary reports on project status, risks, and performance of the 3rd-party PMT.
   5. Ensure that progress billings are aligned with actual project accomplishment.
3. Technical & Performance Oversight
   1. Review design submissions, equipment selections, and commissioning plans prepared or reviewed by the PMT.
   2. Ensure that system design and installation meet energy efficiency, reliability, and guaranteed KPI requirements.
   3. Validate performance test results and commissioning documentation prior to system turnover.
   4. Support the verification of system baseline and performance data for energy efficiency and savings guarantees.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
   1. Ensure all project activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and local regulatory requirements.
   2. Monitor the PMTs implementation of safety and environmental management systems.
   3. Report any non-conformances or delays that may affect the guaranteed performance or project cost
5. Transition to Operations
   1. Coordinate with Operations and Performance Monitoring teams for a smooth turnover of the chiller plant.
   2. Ensure all technical documentation, as-built drawings, and performance records are properly endorsed by the PMT.
   3. Support post-commissioning monitoring and validation of guaranteed KPIs (e.g., COP, uptime, chilled water temperature).

Job Specifications:

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With project management certifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
• Fully equipped in plant operations and maintenance, plant evaluation, energy efficiency
• Has full knowledge in HVAC and District Cooling System
• Preferably residents of Pampanga or nearby places
