Bring the heat to the floor and lead with passion. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for driving the daily operations of Firehouse Pizza, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and an exceptional guest experience. This role is key in maximizing revenue, elevating service standards, and creating a vibrant, welcoming dining atmosphere inspired by Italian hospitality.

Scope & Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Operations 

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage by working closely with the Chef.
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow during peak and regular hours.
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication across the team.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee bar operations, including inventory, costing, and stock management.

2. Sales & Marketing Drive

  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager/Director in developing creative promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Propose and execute strategies to boost outlet revenue and guest traffic.
  • Prepare and submit marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.

3. Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver energetic and engaging service.
  • Ensure team members are well-groomed and aligned with brand and hotel standards.
  • Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and team-driven work environment.

4. Guest Experience

  • Build strong relationships with guests and ensure memorable dining experiences.
  • Recognize VIP guests and maintain personalized service.
  • Promote a warm, lively, and authentic Italian dining atmosphere.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and other required documentation.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and drive improvements.
  • Attend departmental meetings and contribute to overall business success.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and meet financial targets
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
